Shilajit is a natural mineral resin found in the Himalayan mountains. It is formed over centuries by the decomposition of plant matter and is rich in fulvic acid and minerals.

Take a pea-sized portion (300–500 mg) once or twice daily. Mix it in warm water, milk, or herbal tea.
